Jordan Ford is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, capture vehicle information, and schedule maintenance at our Ford dealership. You will prepare cost estimates for labor and parts, report symptoms, and recommend service based on vehicle age and mileage, while keeping customers informed throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify the problem quickly and accurately.
• Proven record of achieving customer satisfaction.
• Past service advisor or related roles recommended.
• Willingness to learn new programs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up times and monitor progress of each vehicle.
• Update customers frequently and explain all charges on final invoice.
• Verify that the invoice matches the work performed.
