Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, dependable and career-minded attitude.
• Solid automotive knowledge preferred and ability to use a tablet/computer.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• warmly greet customers and understand vehicle concerns.
• Create clear repair orders for technicians and relay findings.
