Audi Sarasota, part of Sunset Automotive Group, is seeking a skilled Service Advisor/Consultant to join a high-volume service team. You will be the primary contact for valued Audi customers, guiding them through services and approvals while coordinating with the service team for timely updates.

Ideal candidates have automotive service advisory experience, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and tablets; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Customer-first attitude and a team-driven mindset.
