Qualifications

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, dependable, and career-minded attitude.
• Solid automotive knowledge preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Actively listening to customers to understand vehicle concerns.
• Creating clear and accurate repair orders for technicians.
• Communicating technician findings and recommended repairs to customers.
• Educating customers on maintenance needs and helping them make informed decisions.
• Providing regular updates throughout the repair process.
• Maintaining professional interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors.
