Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Kyle, Texas is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers regarding vehicle service needs. You will greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and communicate recommended services and technician suggestions.

You will provide accurate quotes, process transactions, and explain warranties while maintaining updates and follow-ups to ensure a professional service experience. Weekend availability including Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidates 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated professionalism in a process-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Prior Service Advisor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work a minimum of five days including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and reference service history.
• Recommend appropriate services and communicate technician suggestions.
• Provide accurate quotes and maintain updates throughout service.
• Process transactions, review inspections, and explain warranties.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts, and perform other duties as assigned.
