Job summary

Bowser Automotive Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the connection between customers and service technicians. You will help ensure a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery, leveraging strong communication and relationship skills in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and knowledge of automotive systems. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
General knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
ASE certification is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and document vehicle concerns and service requests accurately.
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Prepare repair estimates and communicate estimated completion times.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs.
Verify payment methods and administer warranties.
Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify concerns or repairs.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure a positive delivery experience.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) through outstanding service.
