C. Harper Auto Group's Ford/KIA dealership is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, accurately diagnosing vehicle service needs and delivering exemplary service. This role requires proven experience as a service advisor and a valid commercial driver's license, with the ability to manage service progress, communicate updates, and help maximize service and repair sales.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Training and Experience: Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control, with at least 2 years in a service advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand repair and service requirements.
• Build trust-based relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards for professional conduct and ethics.
• Monitor progress of serviced vehicles and update customers regularly.
• Drive profitability by promoting service and repair sales and retail promotions.
• Supervise technicians to ensure timely work, accurate parts ordering, and efficiency.
• Oversee quality checks and final inspections to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to development and refinement of service procedures.
