You will review vehicle history and DVIs to recommend services, clearly explain options, and generate accurate estimates and work orders while keeping customers informed and the team aligned. Training is provided, with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and Inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates and invoices in the POS system accurately.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
