Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based position.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and provide service recommendations and estimates.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly to customers.
• Obtain customer authorization before performing additional work.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status, costs, and completion times.
• Coordinate with Technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
• Schedule service appointments and assist with customer transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage long-term service retention.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
