Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
• Schedule service appointments and assist with customer transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage long-term service retention.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.

• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May work indoors or outdoors and be exposed to vehicle traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and typical automotive workplace conditions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently move between the service drive, customer areas, and service department.
• Ability to use computers, phones, and dealership systems throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely perform duties in an active automotive service environment
• Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced service environment.
