Job summary

Central Arizona Auto Group in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team on site. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, helping identify service needs and coordinating repairs.

In this full-time role, you will greet customers, document concerns, prepare estimates, explain recommended services, obtain approvals, and support long-term customer relationships that drive our growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive shop or service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional communication and ability to clearly explain automotive services.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair, and tire products.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer-based service, point-of-sale, and office systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive or technical training is a plus.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.

The Service Advisor is the primary connection between our customers and technicians and plays an important role in both the customer experience and the success of the store.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will greet customers, identify their automotive service and maintenance needs, accurately document concerns, prepare estimates, explain recommended services, obtain customer approvals, and coordinate work with our technicians.

You will keep customers informed throughout the repair process, review completed work at vehicle pickup, recommend appropriate maintenance and services, and help build the long‑term customer relationships that have made our stores successful.
