• Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor.
• Occasionally perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes and fluid checks.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues; provide superior service.
• Assist in event preparations and promotions.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
• Ensure services meet high quality and customer needs.
