Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet customers and determine the reason for their visit.
Listen to customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns or service needs.
Create and write up service tickets/work orders.
Prepare and explain estimates to customers.
Communicate repair and service information clearly and professionally.
Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in the computer system.
Answer phones and assist with customer questions.
Communicate with technicians regarding customer needs and repair status.
Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
