Job summary

Walser Automotive Group in Roseville, MN is seeking a Service Drive guest liaison to greet customers, capture vehicle details, and coordinate repairs with technicians. You will explain estimates, track service progress, and ensure a positive guest experience through clear communication and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, automotive exposure, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter the service drive and serve as the face of Walser.
Record mileage, VINs, write-up repair orders, and coordinate with technicians.
Explain basic repairs, durations, and costs to guests.
Relay information clearly between technicians and customers to set expectations.
Work with service admin and technicians to manage hours and guest experience.
Prospect and sell dealership services and support pre-delivery activities.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
Stage vehicles and shuttle customers as needed.
Uphold Walser's core values and dress safety requirements.
