Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Service Manager in Minnesota to lead the service department, supervise technicians and service advisors, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role emphasizes ownership of the customer journey, staff development, and adherence to Walser and Manufacturer standards.

The position offers a base salary with performance incentives, reflecting strong leadership and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year service writing experience.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Experience with warranty systems and ADP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and follow through on assignments.
• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
• Distribute work and prioritize required services.
• Maintain staff training to Walser and Manufacturer standards.
