Job summary

Lithia Kia of Anchorage is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and guide them through the service process. You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential; valid driver's license required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Experience entering repair orders and estimates is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
