Job summary

CarMax Kenosha is seeking a Service Consultant to guide customers through the service and repair journey with honesty and clear communication. You will balance technical details with a customer-first approach to create seamless, rewarding experiences.

You will document concerns, generate repair orders, discuss recommended work with customers, and assist with invoices and payments while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally through the service process.
• Document customer concerns and create repair orders for technicians.
• Explain recommended repairs and service details to customers.
• Review completed work and prepare invoices for billing.
• Process service payments and manage cash transactions.
• Coordinate workflow to maintain productivity in a busy shop.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep work area clean and orderly.
