Qualifications

• Customer-focused candidate who is organized and learns automotive products.
• Strong customer service, communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn POS systems, Digital Vehicle Inspection tools, customer records, scheduling tools, and store technology.
• Able to explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, warranties clearly.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Records check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history and findings to recommend services.
• Explain options clearly and help customers make confident decisions.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and manage parts availability.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow PPE and policies.
