Qualifications

• Customer-focused, organized and able to handle sales conversations while learning automotive products.
• Professional appearance and brand representation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn POS systems, Digital Vehicle Inspection tools, and scheduling software.
• Explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, warranties, and declined work clearly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver''s license and successful completion of an MVR check.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance options clearly for confident decisions.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in POS.
• Update customers on service status and costs.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and manage parts availability.
• Perform post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep store clean, safe, and compliant with PPE.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
