Sun Auto Tire & Service in Euless, TX is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to concerns, and guide them through a smooth service experience from check-in to checkout.

You will review vehicle history and inspection results, explain service options, build accurate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep repairs on track. Training is provided, and weekend availability is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
