Serra Honda Grandville in Grandville, Michigan, is seeking two highly motivated Automotive Sales Associates for a full-time, commission-only role. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service while controlling your earning potential.

As an individual contributor, you will greet customers, demonstrate vehicle features, negotiate pricing, and complete all required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive sales experience and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to learn dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming experience.

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.

• Continuously update knowledge of the automotive industry and product line.

• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and work area.
