Klein Honda in Snohomish County is seeking experienced automotive sales consultants for a high-volume store offering new and used inventory. Training pay applies for the first month, followed by a highly competitive commission structure and ramp-up bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of negotiation experience (Required).
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience (Required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple customers at once.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, explain vehicle options and features.
• Walk customers outside to show vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Make and answer phone calls; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Negotiate deals and finalize the transaction with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of product line and inventory; communicate needs to customers.
