Serra Honda Grandville in Grandville, Michigan, is seeking two highly motivated Automotive Sales Associates for a full-time, commission-only role. You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service while controlling your earning potential.

As an individual contributor, you will greet customers, demonstrate vehicle features, negotiate pricing, and complete all required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive sales experience and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to learn dealership software.

Job Summary

Michigan's #1 Honda dealership is seeking two highly motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our team in Grandville, Michigan. This is a full-time, commission-only role within the automotive industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an individual contributor role, so the sales associates will have control over their earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

As a commission-only sales job, the Automotive Sales Associates will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on their sales performance. Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience required

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets


• Familiarity with basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership-specific software


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
