Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville, IL is seeking an Experienced Auto Sales Professional to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a four-day work week, aggressive, volume-based pay, and a no-haggle selling environment.

We require a clean driving record, a valid license, and at least one year of dealership sales experience; applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work legally in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year or more of prior and recent dealership sales or related experience.
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for several hours a day.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once.
• Dealership and/or recent customer service retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at the dealership, handling showroom, phone, and internet traffic.
