Expressway Ford Mt.Vernon is seeking two Sales Associates to join our team. A 4 Day work week is part of the offer, and candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written.

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Welcome all guests, understand and demonstrate vehicle product features and technologies, create brand excitement.
• Assist with demonstration drives of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews.
