Jaffarian Automotive Group in Haverhill, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to connect customers with the right vehicles and deliver exceptional service.

You will present vehicles, build relationships, and collaborate with finance and service teams to close sales. Prior automotive sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, with strong communication and a drive to meet targets.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless transaction and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
