Victory Automotive Group in Brockton, MA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will guide customers through new and used vehicle options, explain financing, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm for selling, strong communication, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset. Prior sales experience is a plus, but a motivated self-starter with excellent people skills will thrive with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.
• Able to achieve goals with limited supervision.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Help customer with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-add products and financing options following dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure all speed limits and other road rules are followed.
• Explain vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements to facilitate delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
