Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact through delivery.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives.
• Stay current on vehicle inventory, features, technology, and financing options.
• Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Respond to phone, online, and showroom inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Track customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
