Courtesy Chevrolet Phoenix is expanding our Internet Sales Department and seeks motivated automotive sales professionals to join our team. You will drive online sales, engage customers from online leads, and guide digital purchasers through the buying process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and product knowledge, with an average commission of $667 per vehicle sold. This is a full-time, commission-only position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage internet leads and follow‑up activities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform online sales activities to achieve automotive sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
• Schedule daily customer appointments (phone, text, email) and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers in reviews and customer evaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Attending sales training and educational programs for professional development.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies with your Sales Managers and determine sales goals.
