Job summary

Halleen Kia of Sandusky seeks motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. You will guide customers from initial contact to vehicle delivery, providing a professional, low-pressure sales experience and building lasting relationships.

Experience is helpful but not required; we welcome candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. Training is provided, and a path to advancement is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem solving.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to quickly learn vehicle features and dealership processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Build rapport with customers to provide a professional, low-pressure sales experience.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and showroom inquiries.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives.
• Maintain knowledge of Kia vehicles, incentives, and available programs.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth purchasing processes and delivery.
