Hendrick Kia of Concord is hiring a Sales Consultant to greet customers, present Kia vehicles, and build a strong sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment. You will negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-ins, and guide customers through the buying process.

This full-time role requires rotating day/evening/weekend shifts. The team offers performance-based pay, comprehensive benefits, and career growth within Hendrick Automotive Group, a large dealer network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience.
• Deal-closing skills with ethical approach.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to propose Kia vehicles.
• Present vehicles, features, and EV/hybrid capabilities.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and B2B interactions.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to close deals ethically.
• Recommend additional products — warranties, accessories, and service packages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up post-sale to build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on Kia product lineup and EV technology.
• Coordinate with sales team on inventory management.
