CarMax in Madison, TN is hiring a Sales Consultant Trainee to be the foundation of a customer-first experience. You will build genuine relationships, understand needs, and guide customers toward the right vehicle, with paid training and mentorship to set you up for success in auto sales.

Qualifications

Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Self-motivation to work independently and in a team.
Comfort with using technology for transactions and inventory lookup.
