Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Telemarketing experience is a plus.

• Strong computer and phone skills including CRM and dealer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their requirements to match vehicles.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate features.
• Build rapport to create a referral network.
• Keep up product knowledge on inventory and options.
• Work leads from internet, phone, and walk-ins to close deals.
• Complete paperwork and deliver vehicles to customers.
