Morrie’s Auto Group is hiring for a Full Time Sales role at Morrie\u2019s Okemos Ford in Okemos, MI. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, following up on leads, and guiding customers through vehicle selection and purchase.

Responsibilities include close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams and ensuring customers understand vehicle features and paperwork; the schedule requires Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and computer skills.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience to all customers who enter the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Morrie’s customers.
• Help customers to select the perfect vehicle using the Morrie’s Needs Assessment.
• Keep up to date on products, features, and accessories available.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Ensure that customers understand vehicle operation features, The Morrie’s Promise, and other paperwork.
• Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work.
