We offer a stable base pay plus commission, ongoing coaching, weekly and monthly bonuses, and comprehensive product and sales training. Experience preferred but we will train anyone with a positive attitude; closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Honda sales experience preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance and describe available optional equipment.
• Build rapport and present vehicles in a knowledgeable manner.
• Close sales and follow the company sales process.
