Grapevine Honda, part of the Lithia Motors family, is seeking an Auto Sales Representative to guide customers through vehicle purchases and create lifelong relationships. You’ll be trained on our products and benefits, helping customers select vehicles that fit their lifestyle.

The role emphasizes building trust, following up with clients, and staying current on product lines while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, options, features, purchase and finance plans to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store management systems.
• Keep abreast of new products and training courses; participate in product training.
