Qualifications

• Perform diagnostic and repair on vehicle systems per CarMax standards.
• Inspect vehicles to meet quality standards and state inspections when required.
• Manage repair orders with accurate labor, parts, and billing records.
• Use CarMax and universal software systems.
• Maintain clean workspace per 5S and safety rules.
• Provide leadership and support to store associates and managers.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep area orderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs on all vehicle systems.
• Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required.
• Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy in labor, parts, and billing documentation.
• Utilize proprietary and universal software systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following CarMax 5S standards and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership and functional expertise to support associates and managers across the store.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
