Job summary

Boyd Group Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barboursville, WV. You will provide an exceptional customer experience, manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, and support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, handling insurance authorizations, and coordinating rental information. A valid driver’s license is required, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced auto body environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to align with CCC One records.
