Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business, or Engineering.
• Minimum four years automotive industry experience.
• Two years supervisory experience; training background preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes new model launch training for dealership staff to convey features, specs and benefits.
• Provides ongoing product and technology training to employees throughout the year.
• Develops training materials and distributes to dealership staff and sales teams.
• Attends manufacturer training to be Product Expert for Toyota and Lexus lineups.
• Supports dealerships and Product Managers by providing accurate product information and timely responses.
• Develops and maintains sales consultant certification program and tracks attendance.
