Job summary

Servco in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks an Auto Product Training and Certificate Manager to oversee Toyota and Lexus training for dealership staff, manage the certification program, and serve as the product knowledge expert for vehicles and technology.

You will plan and execute new model launch training, develop materials, attend manufacturer trainings, support dealers, and maintain staff certification and attendance records to build a knowledgeable sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business, or Engineering.
• 4+ years automotive industry experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience; 1 year trainer preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes new model launch training for employees on features, specs, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provides ongoing product and technology training to staff throughout the year.
• Develops and distributes training materials to dealers and sales staff.
• Attends manufacturer training to be the Product Expert for Toyota and Lexus lineup.
• Supports dealerships and Product Managers with accurate product information and tech questions.
• Develops and maintains staff certification program and tracks attendance.
• Works with dealers to build a knowledgeable sales team.
