Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an Auto Physical Damage Claim Specialist to handle commercial auto PD claims across Atlanta (GA) and Cincinnati (OH). The role involves intake, coverage analysis, liability determinations, and working with appraisers to settle claims fairly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of claims experience, a valid adjuster license or the ability to obtain within 90 days, and preferred credentials in AIC/CPCU/I-CAR/ASE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of claims experience, including three+ years handling auto physical damage.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days; state licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Review auto physical damage assignments and verify policy coverages.
• Determine liability, manage appraisal/repair processes, and ensure timely payments.
• Set reserves, supervise vendor appraisals, and control loss costs.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and report fraudulent activity as required.
