MSIG USA is seeking an experienced auto claims professional to handle commercial auto physical damage, PIP/MedPay matters, and related bodily injury claims within authority. Based in Cincinnati or Atlanta, you'll review coverages, triage claims, evaluate repair contracts, manage rental and salvage, and ensure timely, fair settlements. The role requires five years of claims experience, active adjuster license, and credentials such as AIC/CPCU; MSIG offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of claims experience, including three+ years in auto physical damage.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days; additional state licenses as required.
• AIC, CPCU, I-CAR, ASE collision training or equivalent credentials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review new auto physical damage assignments and verify policy, coverages, and endorsements.
• Make liability determinations using police reports, statements, photographs, dashcam and telematics data, and scene information while applying jurisdiction rules.
• Triage claims to appropriate handling channel and re-route as the case evolves.
• Evaluate physical damage and processing to support timely payments and efficient cycle times.
• Review vendor appraisals and repair invoices for accuracy.
• Actively manage rental, loss-of-use, towing, and storage exposures.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and pursue recovery.
• Maintain complete electronic claim files and diaries; ensure compliance with laws.
