Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Auto Claims Examiner - Property Damage to investigate, evaluate and resolve commercial auto claims nationwide, focusing on property damage. You will coordinate inspections, negotiate repair pricing and guide claims through to resolution.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office and up to 10% travel. Bachelor’s degree, adjuster licensing, and 1–3 years of commercial auto experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto claims nationwide with an inventory of physical damage claims, salvage, rental and related claims.
• Identify and assess coverage issues, draft coverage position letters, and coordinate with counsel when necessary.
• Execute on claims strategies to achieve quality, service, and operational objectives.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, review estimates, determine total loss, manage rental/salvage, set timelines.
• Document claim information and make decisions aligned with standards and laws.
• Evaluate and handle claim payments and supplement requests.
• Mentor less-experienced claims professionals and support Auto claims strategy.
