You will be Arch's point of contact with customers, directing and negotiating repair processes from start to finish, coordinating vehicle inspections and working with body shops to assess liability. The role blends independent work with collaboration in a hybrid setting (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience with a commercial auto carrier handling material damage claims nationally.
• Bachelor's degree required and proper adjuster licensing in applicable states.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto property damage claims.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and review repair estimates.
• Draft coverage position letters and manage liability considerations.
• Mentor less-experienced claims professionals and support claims strategy.
