Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Key duties include leading cashiers, supervising service programs, managing phone calls, processing orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred in auto parts (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive adoption of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
