Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, operator of NAPA Auto Parts stores, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a Baltimore-area location. You will drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires proven leadership, P&L ownership and the ability to build a motivated team while delivering top-notch customer care and store execution. Strong automotive/retail background and ASE credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and vision for a market-leading store.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with inventory controls and seasonal stock shifts is a plus.
• Self-motivated with initiative to achieve business goals.
• Energetic, customer-centric, and capable of leading a team.
• Experience in automotive/retail sectors preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver strong customer care and results
• Steer towards continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain store assets
• Display pride in safety and store appearance
