Replacement Parts, Inc. seeks a Manager in Training to rotate across Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts stores, learning store management through hands-on duties. You will handle purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel tasks while delivering over-the-counter sales and supporting promotions.

The program develops leadership through store operations, customer service, and team coordination, with eventual advancement opportunities within the company.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or motivation to pursue a GED.
• Two years of professional auto parts experience or four years of hobbyist auto parts experience.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory checking, or serving customers.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Instruct staff on handling difficult or complicated sales.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in retail stores and manage promotions.
• Ensure responsiveness to requests and adherence to security requirements.
• Perform duties of subordinates, including stocking and merchandising.
