The role includes direct sales, order taking in-person and by phone, and promoting sales programs. Leadership responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating personnel, with focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to provide exceptional customer service and supervise sales staff.
• Experience in auto parts retail and management preferred.
• Must be able to hire, train, and evaluate store personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and supervise sales associates.
• Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Monitor sales activities and promote store programs to customers.
• Generate new sales accounts through cold calling and visits.
• Grow profits by leveraging existing customers and promotions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reorder stock as needed.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; discipline when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
