Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Manager in Training to travel among Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts locations while training to become Store Manager. The role includes purchasing, budgeting, accounting and personnel tasks, plus direct sales and customer service.

As you progress, you will learn store operations, sales programs, and team leadership. This entry-level management path emphasizes supervision, training, and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; GED encouraged.
• Two years of professional auto parts experience or four years of hobbyist auto parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E) and clean driving record; ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goods.
• Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff in retail stores; promote or fire as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements.
