USA GPC Genuine Parts Company seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the NAPA retail store in Maryland. You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities. This role is a developmental pathway to becoming a Store Manager.

The position involves overtime and keyholder duties, with focus on safety, asset protection, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commercial or technical training helpful.
• Experience in automotive or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory and scheduling.
• Lead and supervise store team to ensure performance and customer service.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and security checks.
• Monitor store metrics and drive continuous improvement.
